Anonymous Complaint and

As the Inspector General, I am here to serve the wing in two ways: Complaint Resolution and Improving Unit Effectiveness.

If you have any issues that you would like to confide in the IG, please feel comfortable filling out the information below and sending it to the me anonymously or openly.  Include information such as who, what, when, where, why, how, and anything else you think would be valuable.  Most importantly, do not fear reprisal in any way.

If you have a question, comment, or suggestion regarding the effectiveness of your unit or another unit, please also feel free to complete a submission.  I will gladly get back to you and help you improve your unit or get your suggestion into the discussion, if not implemented.
