Mentoring Program
Here at Detachment 040 we are committed to producing officers of great character and ability. Every great leader has mentors that cultivate and inspire them to achieve greatness. Detachment 040 facilitates mentorship by matching one or two GMC cadets with a POC cadet in order to share their wisdom, give advice, as well as offer support and motivation. Below you'll find the link to the list of the mentors to mentees. In order to create the most successful mentoring program, location is a key factor in the pairing process. Almost all GMC cadets are matched with a POC cadet that is in close proximity to their school.
